As workplaces increasingly demand that managers navigate ambiguous and uncertain domains, Anand Nandkumar, Associate Professor of Strategy at ISB, emphasises the importance of the ability to continuously learn for better decision-making, even when answers aren't readily available. 

In an article published in AACSB, he underscores that just as managers benefit from learning how to learn, students can develop this skill through guidance from instructors who teach them how to ask the right questions. 

Professor Nandkumar discusses how he incorporated an AI Tutor into the Strategic Innovation Management (SIMT) course within ISB’s executive MBA programme for working professionals.  

"I did not design the pilot to reduce student workload. I designed it to prepare students for a future where AI is an integral part of the workplace. When they learn how to pose questions to an AI tool, they can turn it into a partner that helps them continually learn," he writes
